What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number and the information you provide about your event, such as date, location and guest numbers.

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this website.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and deliver the service if you go ahead with a booking. The lawful bases we rely on are legitimate interests (responding to a business enquiry) and, where you book, performance of a contract.

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

We may share limited details with service providers who help us operate, such as our email provider and website hosting. They process data on our instructions only.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to 12 months. Booking records are kept for up to six years to meet accounting and legal obligations.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
