Quotations

Quotations are based on the information you provide about your event, including date, location, duration and expected guest numbers. If those details change, the quotation may be revised.

A quotation is not a booking. A booking is confirmed once we have written confirmation from you and any agreed deposit has been received.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for arranging safe access to the service location and for confirming any venue rules, permissions or restrictions that apply to mobile catering.

Please tell us in advance about anything that affects setup, such as stairs, lifts, restricted access times or limited space.

Changes and cancellation

If you need to change the date, time or location of a confirmed booking, contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate it, subject to availability.

Cancellation terms, deposits and any balance due are confirmed in writing with your booking.

Allergens and dietary needs

Drinks are prepared in a mobile environment where allergens including milk, nuts and gluten may be present. Tell us about dietary requirements in advance so we can advise on suitable options.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
